Who we are
From messy work to smooth systems
Vanguard BI is a Google Cloud partner and Google Workspace reseller, based in Nairobi and working with organizations across sectors. But "partner" and "reseller" only describe what we sell. What we actually do is help teams move from scattered, manual, frustrating ways of working to something that flows.
That work usually starts somewhere unglamorous: a stack of paper, a folder of spreadsheets, a process that lives in one person's memory. We learn how it really works, then build the smallest thing that genuinely improves it, and grow from there, only as the work demands.

Work should be easier for everybody, not just the people at the top.
We don't build tools that watch the front line on behalf of management. We build tools the front line actually wants to use. When work flows through tools people like, the clarity leadership needs appears on its own.
AI should free people, not replace them.
We use AI and automation to lift the repetitive load off your team, giving them room to focus on the work that needs a human, and to grow into more. We won't pretend a role never changes, but our aim is always to redirect, not cut out.

The smallest thing that genuinely solves the problem beats the biggest thing we could sell you. Because we begin from the problem, the solution is never overengineered. We add capability when a real need calls for it, not before.
