What you will do
Immediate Follow-Up
Respond to inquires promptly (within 5 minutes) to give clients the best experiece possible.
Lead Qualification
Identify core concerns and determine readiness for specialized services through structured, high-value conversations.
Client Education
Remove confusion between programs and consults. Build trust and provide clarity before they ever speak to our closer.
Objection Handling
Gently navigate early concerns regarding cost or logistics. Keep the conversation alive instead of losing potential impact.
CRM & Tracking
Maintain disciplined notes in our internal systems. Tag lead status accurately to ensure a seamless handover to the team.
KPI Driven
Your impact is measured on speed of contact, conversation volume, and show-up rates. High follow-up discipline is required.
Structured 3-Month Internship
This role begins with an immersive immersion period to learn our systems, language, and service philosophy. Successful interns are prioritized for long-term hire.
